THE MYSTERY OF GRACE

A mystery is a hidden secret but potent in delivery to actualise destiny.
-        God’s kingdom is a kingdom of mysteries.
-        1 Tim 3: 16 – Great is the mystery of godliness.
1Ti 3:16  And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
-        Deut. 29: 29
Deu 29:29  The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
Grace is a mighty secret of God that creates the platform for believes to enjoy divineboost (supernatural help) and manifest the fullness of God’s nature – in charisma (demonstration of Power) and character – (Godly nature)
2Ch 26:5  And he sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God: and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him to prosper.
2Ch 26:15  And he made in Jerusalem engines, invented by cunning men, to be on the towers and upon the bulwarks, to shoot arrows and great stones withal. And his name spread far abroad; for he was marvellously helped, till he was strong.
1Co 2:4  And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:

NATURE OF GRACE (CHARACTERISTICS)

1.  Grace is God’s disposition of kindness, compassion goodwill and enabling power for us to be perfected in His love.
Eph 2:4  But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
Eph 2:7  That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

2.  Grace is the only thing that can do everything because grace is the only sufficient thing.
Everything is do – able when grace is available.
2Co 12:9  And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
2Co 3:5  Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;
Man is never sufficient in anything by himself.

3.   Your calling in Christ is for your establishment. - Grace enables the unable.
1Co 3:10  According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
2Co 9:8  And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

4.  Grace takes you beyond natural limitations and insufficiency.
Your connection (attachment) to grace enables your escape from bondage.
Act 26:22  Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:
1Co 15:10  But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

5.  Nothing works by might in God’s kingdom but by grace.
Zec 4:6  Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.
Zec 4:7  Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.
When weakness seems to close in, grace takes over to turn things over.
Only the week values Grace. It’s our weakness that drives us into grace.

ACCESS TO GOD’S GRACE
1.  Salvation (Starting up Grace) - Your first contact with grace is salvation
Tit 2:11  For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Grace is the foundation of redemption
Joh 1:17  For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
 Mercy opens the door for grace to answer in your life
Eph 2:4  But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
Psa 84:11  For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
Eph 2:1  And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
Eph 2:2  Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
Eph 2:3  Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
Eph 2:4  But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
Eph 2:5  Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
Eph 2:6  And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
Eph 2:7  That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
Eph 2:8  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
        Salvation delivers you from the grip of sin and grace enables you to fully do the will of God.
 A changed life is evidence of grace.
Tit 3:3  For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.
Tit 3:4  But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,
Tit 3:5  Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
Tit 3:6  Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;
Tit 3:7  That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
Rom 5:20  Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:

2.  Consistent Prayer -  Grace multiplies with Prayer
Act 4:31  And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.
Act 4:33  And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.
-                  The house of prayer is the house of Grace –
-                  To be prayerful is to be graceful –
2Co 9:14  And by their prayer for you, which long after you for the exceeding grace of God in you.
-                  Prayer is not effectual until it culminates in the release of grace
2Co 12:8  For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.
2Co 12:9  And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
When you are in prayer, you are topping up the grace.
 After Elijah Prayed grace come upon him
  Prayer pushes grace into action.
Heb 4:16  Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

3.              Consistent Word Study
The Word Access facilitates graceful manifestations
2Pe 1:2  Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
2Pe 1:3  According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
2Pe 1:4  Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
Act 20:32  And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.
Col 3:16  Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

The revelation of God’s word serves as a booster to provoke the outflow of God’ grace into your life.
God bless you...
